The Build is $2,500, fixed in writing before I start. Managed Site is $350/mo, billed 12 months at a time. Living Content (coming soon) is a living-blog add-on to Managed Site, tailored to what you need and priced closer to launch. You own the site either way.

Do I really own it?

Yes. Completely. The code is yours, the domain's in your name, and so is every word of content. I host the site on my own Cloudflare account while you're with me — but that's not a leash: the code and domain are yours to take, so if you ever fire me, you lose nothing but me.

It's a monthly fee. Isn't that just renting my site?

No. You own the site outright the day it ships. The monthly covers the work that keeps it running — hosting, security, edits, and (soon) the articles. Stop the monthly and you keep everything: the code, the domain, every page. The companies that rent you a template you can never take with you are exactly what I'm built against.

What if I want to stop?

You're never trapped. Cancel whenever, and you keep everything — the code, the domain, the content. I bill the monthly plans 12 months at a time, so I won't refund a year that's already paid, but I won't lock you into the next one either.

Why list prices at all?

Most web shops make you ask, then quote you based on how much they think you'll pay. I'd rather you see the numbers. The Build is $2,500, fixed in writing before I start; the monthly tiers are flat.
